What to Do in Cervinia for an Unforgettable Experience

If you love snow and want to ski all day on different slopes, you’ll find what you desire at the top of Valtournenche. The ski resorts are connected to those in Zermatt on the Swiss side of the Matterhorn (Cervino) and to those in Valtournenche. This creates a single ski area with over 350 km of snow-covered slopes called the Matterhorn Ski Paradise, not far from the prestigious Monterosa Ski facilities. The unique climatic conditions allow skiing from November until the last weeks of spring. During the summer, you can ski using the Swiss facilities on the Plateau Rosa glacier. In the summer, you can also enjoy one of the noblest sports at the 18-hole Cervino Golf Club, founded in 1955.

In winter, the same area becomes an excellent track for cross-country skiing enthusiasts. From here, you can start climbing Mount Cervino, with options for medium and high-altitude hikes. Besides skiing and mountaineering, visitors can also enjoy trekking, paragliding, and mountain biking.
